Mach3 controller

Mach3 control software is an open CNC system, easy to operate, easy to maintain, and a new type of CNC system with openness, stable performance.

Mach3 turns a typical computer into a CNC machine controller. It is very rich in features and provides a great value to those needing a CNC control package. Mach3 works on most Windows PC’s to control the motion of motors (stepper & servo) by processing G-Code. While comprising many advanced features, it is the most intuitive CNC control software available. Mach3 is customizable and has been used for many applications with numerous types of hardware.

Square Block Linear Guides

HIWIN linear guideway improves the load and rigidity; it has the characteristics of load in four directions and the function of automatic centering, which can absorb the assembly error of the installation surface and meet the high precision requirements.

Hiwin HG Series linear guideways are designed with load capacity and rigidity higher than other similar products with circular-arc groove and structure optimization. It features 4-way equal load capacity in the radial, reverse radial and lateral directions and are self-aligning to absorb installation-error. HG series linear guideways achieve a long life with high speed, high accuracy, and smooth linear motion.

Frequency Inverter

It is mainly used for frequency conversion speed regulation and energy saving of three-phase asynchronous AC motors. It is used to control and adjust the speed of three-phase AC asynchronous motors. With its stable performance, rich combination functions, high-performance vector control technology, Torque output, good dynamic characteristics and super overload capacity occupy an important position in the inverter market.

Equipped with an LED screen, the vfd inverter with single phase output can monitor data changes in real-time, and heat dissipation aluminum fins to improve the heat dissipation performance of the frequency inverter. The variable frequency drive inverter has the characteristic of adjusting the motor speed, so it can effectively reduce the motor's energy consumption, thus saving electricity bills.
