Explore our top-tier laser welding and cutting solutions tailored for the dynamic manufacturing hubs of São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, and beyond.
Brazil stands as the industrial powerhouse of South America, boasting a diverse manufacturing landscape that ranges from heavy automotive assemblies in ABC Paulista to massive agricultural machinery production in Rio Grande do Sul and Paraná. As the country pushes forward with Industry 4.0 initiatives, local factories are rapidly transitioning from legacy mechanical cutting and traditional MIG/TIG welding processes to advanced fiber laser welder cutter technologies.
The demand for high-precision laser systems in Brazil is driven by the need to optimize production costs, reduce material waste, and meet strict international quality standards. Fiber lasers offer unmatched speed, minimal heat-affected zones, and clean finishes that eliminate the need for secondary grinding. Whether it is processing structural steel in Minas Gerais or customizing stainless steel tanks for the food and beverage industry in Santa Catarina, laser welder cutters have become indispensable tools for modern Brazilian metal fabricators.
Our distribution and technical support networks target major industrial clusters including São Paulo, Campinas, Joinville, Caxias do Sul, and Belo Horizonte, ensuring local factories access cutting-edge CNC and laser technology without operational delays.
High-speed fiber lasers cut and weld complex chassis parts, exhaust systems, and body panels with extreme precision for major automakers in Brazil.
Heavy-duty laser cutters process thick carbon steel sheets and tubes for harvesters, tractors, and irrigation equipment in the Midwest and South regions.
Precision tube and sheet cutting systems facilitate the fabrication of structural components, bridges, and architectural metal installations.
Understanding the technological shifts and economic drivers in the South American metalworking sector.
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across Brazil are investing heavily in handheld fiber laser systems that combine welding, cutting, weld seam cleaning, and surface cleaning into a single mobile unit. This versatility allows job shops to handle diverse tasks—ranging from rust removal to final assembly welding—without purchasing multiple expensive machines, significantly lowering the barrier to entry for high-tech metal fabrication.
To keep up with the demands of the mining and oil & gas sectors in Rio de Janeiro and Espirito Santo, factories are upgrading to ultra-high-power fiber laser cutters. These machines easily slice through thick stainless steel and carbon steel plates, matching the speed of plasma cutters while maintaining the superior edge quality of laser technology.
With industrial electricity tariffs rising in Brazil, energy efficiency is a primary concern for factory managers. Fiber laser systems consume up to 70% less power than traditional CO2 lasers and conventional arc welding rigs. This green energy footprint, combined with minimal maintenance requirements, directly improves the bottom line of Brazilian manufacturers.
Under the "Rota 2030" and other national development initiatives, Brazilian factories are adopting CNC laser systems that integrate with automated loading/unloading platforms (exchange tables). This reduces manual handling, minimizes workspace accidents, and allows for continuous 24/7 production cycles.
How our custom laser and CNC technologies solve real-world production challenges on the ground.
In Ribeirão Preto (SP), heavy agricultural fabricators use our professional tube laser cutters to process structural frame tubes, achieving perfect joint fits that ensure robust welds for harsh field conditions.
Custom transport and logistics trailer builders in Caxias do Sul (RS) utilize 4-in-1 handheld lasers to weld aluminum side panels cleanly, cutting down fabrication time by 50% compared to traditional TIG welding.
Stainless steel storage tanks for wineries and orange juice processing units in Paraná require sanitary, seamless welds. Our fiber laser welding machines provide deep penetration welds with zero porosity.
Furthermore, the high humidity and coastal environments of key port cities like Santos and Paranaguá demand machinery with superior corrosion resistance. This is where our specialized manufacturing standards, such as sandblasting and powder coating, become a critical asset for Brazilian factories, preventing rust and maintaining system accuracy over decades of operation.
Our products range from woodworking CNC routers, sign making CNC routers, metal working CNC machines, pattern making CNC machines to stone working CNC machines etc.
We do customized machines for OEM customers and have already worked with some brands from United States, Italy, Korea, Germany, Russia and Taiwan for many years.
TigerTec focus on the high quality machines. We do really manufacturing indoor. We have welding workshop, painting house, sheet metal processing workshop, mechanical manufacturing workshop. We make all these in our own factory. So we can control the privacy drawings for our OEM customers, control the quality and delivery time.
We can control the finishing of the welding by ourselves. There is regular distance between each welding bar. It makes the machine quality more standard. With the indoor work, we know how to improve the quality.
TigerTec do powder coating for all our machines and all parts. We do sand blasting before painting. Sand blasting can clean all the rust and the surfaces of the parts have become more attractive. We can have better finishing and the machine will not get rusty after long-term use.
We use our own fiber cutting machine to cut the metal sheet and we have the automatic press brake machine to bend the parts. We use the fiber welding machine to make the welding. We can make the special designs ourselves and get better accuracy parts.
TigerTec have VMC to make all the small size mechanical parts for our CNC routers, fiber laser cutting machines and plasma machines. We make all the holes and thread by CNC machines. We do not allow our workers to drill by hand.
