Explore our premier selection of high-performance CNC machining centers engineered to meet the demanding precision standards of Sydney's manufacturing sectors.
Sydney stands as one of Australia’s premier industrial and manufacturing hubs. From the bustling cabinet-making and commercial joinery workshops in Western Sydney to the advanced aerospace, sign-making, and architectural fabrication facilities in areas like Wetherill Park, Alexandria, and Smithfield, the demand for precision cutting is higher than ever. Local fabricators are constantly seeking ways to optimize production, reduce material waste, and achieve flawless finishes on diverse substrates including MDF, solid timber, acrylic, Alucobond (ACM), brass, and aluminum.
For Sydney-based businesses, importing high-performance CNC Router Cutters from reliable global manufacturers represents a strategic leap forward. It allows local shops to bypass high domestic markups while acquiring heavy-duty, industrial-grade machinery customized to Australian safety and electrical standards (AS/NZS). As competition intensifies across the New South Wales market, having a robust CNC router with automatic tool changing (ATC) and multi-axis capabilities becomes the defining factor in winning high-value commercial tenders.
The global CNC routing industry is undergoing a rapid technological evolution, heavily influenced by automation and smart factory concepts. The integration of 4th-axis rotary systems and C-axis aggregate heads has revolutionized how complex, multi-dimensional profiles are machined. Instead of requiring multiple setups across different workstations, modern CNC routers can perform routing, drilling, sawing, and profiling in a single, continuous cycle.
Additionally, nesting technology has become standard practice for Sydney’s cabinet makers. By utilizing advanced optimization algorithms, modern nesting CNC machining centers arrange parts to maximize yield from every sheet of wood or plastic, drastically reducing material waste. This focus on sustainability and cost-efficiency, combined with the integration of remote diagnostic capabilities, ensures that Sydney manufacturers remain globally competitive and ready for Industry 4.0.
How Sydney's leading industries leverage our advanced CNC routing technology to drive productivity and design innovation.
Sydney's residential boom demands high-end, custom joinery. Our nesting CNC machining centers allow local cabinet makers to seamlessly process MDF, plywood, and melamine sheets into precise components for kitchens, wardrobes, and commercial fit-outs, ensuring perfect assembly every time.
From large outdoor billboards in the CBD to intricate retail displays, sign makers rely on 3D engraving and precise profile cutting. Our machines cleanly cut acrylic, PVC, foam boards, and non-ferrous metals to produce stunning dimensional lettering and lightboxes.
Modern architectural projects in Sydney utilize composite panels (ACM/Alucobond) for exterior cladding. Our large-format CNC routing machines deliver the heavy-duty stability and high spindle speeds required to V-groove and cut aluminum sheets cleanly and efficiently.
For industrial design houses and foundries, accuracy is non-negotiable. Our 4-axis CNC routers with extended Z-axis clearance allow for the machining of large-scale EPS foam, polyurethane tooling boards, and timber models for casting molds.

Discover how our rigorous, end-to-end, in-house manufacturing process translates to unmatched reliability and performance on your workshop floor.
Our products range from woodworking CNC routers, sign making CNC routers, metal working CNC machines, pattern making CNC machines to stone working CNC machines etc. We do customized machines for OEM customers and have already worked with some brands from United States, Italy, Korea, Germany, Russia and Taiwan for many years.
TigerTec focus on the high quality machines. We do really manufacturing indoor. We have welding workshop, painting house, sheet metal processing workshop, mechanical manufacturing workshop. We make all these in our own factory. So we can control the privacy drawings for our OEM customers, control the quality and delivery time.
We can control the finishing of the welding by ourselves. There is regular distance between each welding bar. It makes the machine quality more standard. With the indoor work, we know how to improve the quality.
TigerTec do powder coating for all our machines and all parts. We do sand blasting before painting. Sand blasting can clean all the rust and the surfaces of the parts have become more attractive. We can have better finishing and the machine will not get rusty after long-term use.
We use our own fiber cutting machine to cut the metal sheet and we have the automatic press brake machine to bend the parts. We use the fiber welding machine to make the welding. We can make the special designs ourselves and get better accuracy parts.
TigerTec have VMC to make all the small size mechanical parts for our CNC routers, fiber laser cutting machines and plasma machines. We make all the holes and thread by CNC machines. We do not allow our workers to drill by hand, ensuring absolute alignment and structural integrity.

Acquiring a CNC router from an exporter requires careful planning to ensure the machinery integrates seamlessly into your Sydney workshop. The first critical consideration is electrical compatibility. Australian workshops run on a standard 240V single-phase or 415V three-phase electrical supply at 50Hz. When sourcing from global manufacturers, it is essential to specify these requirements so that all internal electronics, including VFDs, servo motors, and vacuum pumps, are configured correctly. Compliance with AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules and appropriate safety guarding (such as light curtains or safety enclosures) is paramount to pass local workplace safety inspections.
Furthermore, shipping and logistics to the Port of Sydney (Botany Bay) must be coordinated with experienced custom brokers. A reliable manufacturer will assist in providing all necessary documentation, including CE certifications, fumigation certificates for timber packaging, and detailed packing lists. Upon arrival, ensuring that local technical support is available for commissioning, calibration, and training will minimize downtime and allow your team to transition smoothly to the new machinery.
Investing in a customized CNC router tailored specifically to your production line is the most effective way to maximize return on investment. Standard off-the-shelf machines often force workshops to compromise on bed size, spindle power, or tool capacity. By working directly with an OEM manufacturer, Sydney businesses can specify exact workspace dimensions (such as 1300x2500mm, 1500x3000mm, or custom large formats), select Italian HSD or Colombo spindles, opt for German helical rack-and-pinion drives, and choose between carousel or linear automatic tool changers. This level of customization ensures that you only pay for the features that drive your business growth, resulting in faster cycle times, superior edge finishes, and long-term mechanical reliability.
