We have a dedicated welding workshop, painting house, sheet metal processing workshop, and mechanical manufacturing workshop. We make all these in our own factory. Welding Process

We can control the finishing of the welding by ourselves. There is a regular, precise distance between each welding bar, which makes the machine quality highly standardized and structurally sound. With indoor work, we know exactly how to continuously improve the quality. For Hungarian heavy industries, this means the machine bed will not deform under long-term, high-speed operation, guaranteeing years of precision cutting.

Painting House & Surface Treatment

TigerTec does professional powder coating for all our machines and all parts. Crucially, we do sand blasting before painting. Sand blasting cleans all the rust, ensuring the surfaces of the parts become more attractive and highly receptive to the coating. We achieve better finishing, ensuring the machine will not get rusty after long-term use, even in demanding industrial environments or fluctuating Central European climates.

Sheet Metal Process

We use our own state-of-the-art fiber cutting machines to cut the metal sheets, and we utilize automatic press brake machines to bend the parts with absolute precision. We use advanced fiber welding machines to execute the welding. Because we manufacture our own components, we can make special custom designs ourselves and obtain parts with far better accuracy than those relying on third-party suppliers.

VMC (Vertical Machining Center)

TigerTec has advanced VMCs to manufacture all the small-size mechanical parts for our CNC routers, fiber laser cutting machines, and plasma machines. We make all the holes and threads strictly using CNC machines. We do not allow our workers to drill by hand. This rigid adherence to automated machining ensures that every bolt, rail, and gantry aligns perfectly, delivering the micro-level accuracy required by Hungary's aerospace and automotive suppliers.
